Conclusiones del Encuentro de Fiscales Especialistas en Violencia de Género

RESUMEN

La Fiscalía General del Estado elabora unas conclusiones sobre tres temas fundamentales en violencia de género: la dispensa del deber de declarar al hilo de la reciente STS, Sala 2.ª, de lo Penal, 389/2020, de 10 de julio y el cambio de postura al respecto; la guarda y custodia compartida; y las conformidades de violencia de género tras la pandemia.

The State Attorney General's Office draws up conclusions on three fundamental issues in gender violence: the waiver of the duty to testify in the light of the recent STS, 2nd Chamber, Criminal Court, 389/2020, of 10 July and the change of position in this regard; shared custody and guardianship; and gender violence settlements after the pandemic.
