ABSTRACT
In view of the disturbances in the Community of Owners, the President must request the offender to cease the activity, warning them that, if they persist in their conduct, legal action may be taken as indicated in art. 7.2 of the LPH, but, if it is not the whole Community that is affected, but only some members, what can be done if the Community remains passive in the face of the situation?
