El patrimonio. Hacia un proceso de desmaterialización del Derecho

RESUMEN

El Derecho es una disciplina que trata el devenir de los seres tanto materiales como inmateriales. Uno de los que participan de esa inmaterialidad es el patrimonio, unidad distinta de cada uno de los bienes, materiales o inmateriales que lo integran. Sobre la base de dicha afirmación, el autor construye un concepto de patrimonio totalmente revolucionario respecto del que se maneja hoy en día y analiza, una por una, las consecuencias que de ello se derivan.

ABSTRACT

Law is a discipline that deals with the evolution of both material and immaterial beings. One of those who participate in this immateriality is patrimony, a different unit of each of the goods, materials or immaterial that comprise it. On the basis of this affirmation, the author builds a totally revolutionary concept of patrimony with respect to the one that is used today and analyzes, one by one, the consequences that derive from it.
