Incidencia del Brexit en la cooperación jurídica internacional penal

RESUMEN

Nota Conjunta elaborada por la Dirección General de Cooperación Internacional del Ministerio de Justicia, la Unidad de Cooperación Internacional de la Fiscalía General del Estado y el Servicio de Relaciones Internacionales del Consejo General del Poder Judicial, con motivo de la salida de la Unión Europea del Reino Unido de Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte.

La Nota aborda las distintas áreas que se verán afectadas por dicha salida, la normativa aplicable a las mismas a partir del 1 de enero de 2021, la vía de las transmisión de solicitudes y el régimen transitorio. Las áreas a las que se refiere la Nota son:

- Embargos preventivos de bienes, aseguramientos de pruebas y decomiso

ABSTRACT

Joint note drawn up by the Directorate-General for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Justice, the International Cooperation Unit of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the International Relations Service of the General Council of the Judiciary, on the occasion of the departure of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union.
The note addresses the various areas that will be affected by this departure, the regulations applicable to them from 1 January 2021, the channel for transmission of requests and the transitional regime. The areas referred to in the Note are:
