ABSTRACT
Noises, uncivil behaviors, and odors are just some of the problems that can emerge in a community of owners and that it is necessary to harmonize to avoid extreme situations. If not better coexistence, sometimes we go to the president or the administrator to have a third party act as a peacemaker, but when that doesn't work, can we do something else? Can mediation offer a solution?
