ABSTRACT
The rectification of material errors is provided for in Article 214.3 of the LEC when it states that “manifest material errors and arithmetic errors incurred by decisions of the courts and lawyers in the administration of justice may be rectified at any time”. But the truth is that the correction of the errors of the parties is omitted, so that in our civil procedural law there is no precept that expressly contemplates the possibility of rectifying at any time the material errors incurred by the parties in their writings or procedural actions.
