ABSTRACT
This legal survey raises a question of great interest in relation to the attribution of the use of the home and the possible limit that could be set in the judgment itself at the time of the coming of age of the minor children: "When the use of the family home is attributed to the minors and the parent in whose company they remain, should it be stated in the judgment that the time limit is until the age of majority?".
The experts' answers highlight the need for this to be done. It is convenient and advisable to introduce this precision in the sentence and to fix a concrete and precise limit linked to the moment when the children reach the age of majority.
