ABSTRACT
The so-called visit sheet or visit report is the document that is signed when a property has been visited through a real estate agency and whose main purpose is to record this fact, for the purposes of a subsequent claim for fees against the owner with whom the sale order was made, in the event that the sale finally takes place with the potential buyer. However, can the signing of this document give rise to any obligation on the part of the buyer vis-à-vis the intermediary agency? Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
