RESUMEN
En este trabajo su autor intenta aclarar cuál es la mayoría necesaria para prohibir el ejercicio de la actividad de alquiler vacacional en los inmuebles situados en edificios en régimen de propiedad horizontal, a propósito de las últimas Resoluciones de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública que establecen una doctrina, coincidente con algún pronunciamiento de Audiencias Provinciales, que parece será el criterio que fije definitivamente la Sala Primera del Tribunal Supremo.
ABSTRACT
In this work, the author tries to clarify which is the majority necessary to prohibit the exercise of the vacation rental activity in real estate located in buildings under the horizontal property regime, regarding the latest Resolutions of the General Directorate of Legal Security and Public Faith that establish a doctrine, coinciding with some pronouncement of Provincial Courts, which seems to be the criterion that the First Chamber of the Supreme Court definitively sets.
